It's time corporate America paid their fair share of taxes.

It's way past time we put an end to the era of shareholder capitalism, the idea the only responsibility a corporation has is with shareholders.

시대가 바뀌었습니다. 기업이 오직 '주주'들만 책임지는 그런 '주주자본주의'의 시대는 끝났습니다.

 

That's simply not true. It’s an absolute farce. They have responsibility to their workers, their community, their country.

그건 사실이 아니며, 정말 웃기는 짓입니다. 이제 주식회사들은 그들의 노동자, 지역사회, 나라까지 책임져야할 것입니다.

 

That is a newer radical notion.

이러한 사상은 새로운 것도, 극단적인 개념도 아닙니다.
